The techniques and processes utilized by us are on par with global standards and have managed to set a bar of their own in the industry. All projects go through a vigorous multi-level quality check to make sure that even the remotest of defects are rectified before they are handed over to our customers. No stone is left unturned, and no aspect ignored in project completion, owing to our culturally diverse and expert staff who bring talent and experience to the table from all over globe.
With quality at the crux of every step we take as a business, our projects go through rigorous checks and inspections to ensure that the end-product delivered is user friendly, durable, and sustainable to the best of industry standards. As global standards and technologies evolve, we grow and adapt as well, ensuring periodic training programs are put in place to gain insight into new practices and to make our processes faster and more efficient.
Three levels of inspections and checks are adhered to in the process of or business:
- The first layer is a strong set up of Turkish Quality Control consisting of 40 experienced Turkish QC-Foreman engaged at site involved in a step-by-step inspection process.
- The second layer is 45 of a team of expert QAQC-Engineers, with extensive experience in individual processes/stages of construction (Structure, MEP, Façade, Finishing, etc.).
- The third layer is our trademark in-house supervision consultant with speciality in different trades (Architecture, Structure, Interior Decoration, Façade, MEP).
Sobha Constructions also take pride in being the first in the construction industry to attain ISO accreditation for its practices, namely:

Craftsmanship
Over the years of our existence, we have managed to polish every craft that comes into the execution of our workflow, to ensure reliability and endurance to the many factors that could affect performance in the future. Each of our technicians are trained to employ tools provided within our best-in-class infrastructure and are proficient in their own roles to produce collaborative, timely and efficient project management. We have perfected the art of craftsmanship over decades, in areas like tiling, joinery, woodwork, painting, polishing, etc. No layer of paint is uneven, not a single tile is mislaid. The marble tiles are dry laid and adjusted aesthetically to achieve intricate vein patterns. The bathrooms are 100% leak-proof and boast of ZERO water stagnation. Our 54 mm thick doors are made with such accuracy that it slides with ease at a flick of a finger.

We at Sobha Constructions pride in embracing industry best practices that are being followed by peers in addition to developing our very own proprietary practices that set a benchmark for the industry to follow. Our channels to innovation are open to every employee and technician on the job, as they are the ones at the forefront of the challenges that arise. Through these efforts, we have managed to garner over 600 new ideas, and over 1000 solutions to problems from our employees, just over the past one year. We have not only looked up to the global construction industry for ideas of innovation but have also taken inspiration from the automobile and aviation industry to ensure best in design, best in utility, and best in durability.

Sustainability has been an integral part of our core values within all our projects at Sobha Constructions. We recognize the importance of being an environmentally responsible business and we ensure compliance with local authority regulations and company policies in terms of sustainability. Our objectives align with local and international standards aimed at achieving sustainable development, ensuring our contribution to the worldwide endeavour to mitigate the impact of climate change.
We adhere to sustainable construction practices aimed at decreasing carbon emissions through efficient resource management and adopting innovative sustainable technologies. Various energy reduction strategies are widely implemented throughout our construction and facility management operations. Our projects are executed in compliance with robust energy efficiency standards and state-of-the-art smart building technology for improved customer satisfaction and indoor well-being for the building occupants. In recognition of this our residential project was awarded the Project of The Year in the Indoor Environmental Quality Category by Climate Control Awards.
We strive for reduction in paper waste generation by going digital in maximum areas for our document recording / processing and the remaining paper waste generated are recycled to ensure diversion from landfill while saving valuable virgin material. Our developments have 20 to 30% open spaces contributing to climate change mitigation and enhancing resident’s experience with nature friendly spaces. Few of our projects shall have District cooling air-conditioning system which will achieve reduced carbon emissions and about 35-40% less energy consumption compared to conventional cooling systems. We are working towards phasing out our single-use plastic disposable usage in alignment with our climate action goals and the upcoming UAE’s 2024 single use plastic ban announcement.
We believe Sustainability is the responsibility of all stakeholders across the organization as it is an integrative process and requires all individuals to play their part in the global sustainability drive to maintain environmental care and social wellbeing for current and future generations.
Sobha Ideas
As a group, we have always been acceptive and appreciative of all our employees' feedback and ideas. This has paved the way for the implementation of new practices in the company and industry both locally and globally. We keep the lines to our assessments and innovation open to all employees at every tier of the company. We believe that any company can achieve its maximum outcomes and accelerate its business just by implementing new ideas that can improve the standards of quality and shorten the time taken to do so. Our in-house data collection for innovation and feedback is done by the INDONIS application that is present on each of our employee’s phones. Overall, over 2100 innovative ideas were taken from this platform and implemented in the course of our work. Innovators are appreciated and awarded with accolades for the best ideas at the Sobha Ideas Awards Ceremony that happens periodically. Sobha Ideas work best at the technician level, and technicians are encouraged to come up with creative solutions to the challenges they face on a day-to-day basis. In addition, we had also set a goal called ‘Mission 10000,’ which promised to generate a minimum of 10000 solutions from the technicians who work for us on site. We are proud to mention that the target set has been successfully achieved.
