- Coordinate the delivery and distribution of construction materials to the site.
- Ensure materials are stored properly and securely to prevent damage or loss.
- Oversee the allocation and use of construction equipment and machinery.
- Schedule regular maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment is in good working condition.
- Arrange for repairs or replacements as needed to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other site supervisors to ensure materials and equipment are available when needed.
- Maintain clear communication channels to coordinate deliveries and movements on-site.
- Address any logistical challenges or issues that arise promptly.
- Address and resolve any logistical issues or delays that may impact the construction schedule.
- Develop contingency plans to handle unexpected challenges or disruptions.
Previous MRF was initially deactivated due to Indian drive and this will be the new MRF as per the site requirement.
