- 5-8 years of experience as facility engineer- MEP and specialist services.
- Engineering degree is must to have
- Strong understanding of the details of MEP drawings.
- Managing all technical and non-technical outsourced service contracts
- Maintaining relationship with the customers, our suppliers and subcontractors.
- Ensuring an adequate availability of supply of materials and service for the proper operation of the buildings.
- Ensuring monthly inputs are provided to FM Admin on monthly reports
