Position: Executive - Payroll

The candidate should have a proficiency in advanced excel and possess experience with the payroll calculations and employee related payments. The candidate should have knowledge of UAE labour law and GPSSA payments. Please find the below duties and responsibilities:-

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and within timelines

  • Maintain and update employee payroll records and master data

  • Calculate salaries, overtime, allowances, incentives, and deductions

  • Prepare and file payroll-related statutory returns

  • Reconcile payroll accounts with the general ledger

  • Process full and final settlements, gratuity, and leave encashment

  • Handle employee payroll queries and resolve discrepancies

  • Coordinate with HR for employee onboarding, exits, and payroll changes

  • Prepare payroll reports, MIS, and audit-related documents

  • Support internal and external audits related to payroll
