1. Preparation for Deming Exam
   • Document best practices within the organization
   • Manage consultant reviews by supporting the respective teams for preparation
   • DTQMP documentation
   • Guide and coach teams on Schedule A and Schedule B reviews

1. DWM Implementation
   • Implement Daily work Management (DWM) steps in the concern division as per the plan.
   • Provide awareness Training on DWM.
   • Handle DWM portal and resolve the portal issues resolved within SLA
   • Conduct regular checks on the health of DWM Implementation and prepare the audit report.
   • Conduct periodical review with the concerned to facilitate to analyze the Abnormalities and initiate action.
   • Consolidate the DWM monitoring sheets, maintain records, and prepare stability and capability reports.
   • Conduct DWM health evaluation monthly and circulate across functions.
   • Success story Documentation.
2. KPI management
   • KPI drafting of new joiners and revision as per requirements
   • Guide and ensure KPI review completion of assigned functions
   • Conduct KPI audit to ensure the quality of KPI submission and review
3. Continuous improvement
   • Coordinate and conduct Green Belt (GB) and Yellow Belt (YB) Project guidance.
   • Maintain an overall tracker for GB/YB credentials & Conduct Green Belt (GB) & Yellow Belt certification ceremony
   • Coach and lead staff on lean tools such as standardized work, value stream mapping, 5S, lean waste, inventory management, error proofing, process problem solving, kaizen, and quick changeover
   • Conduct CI promotional activities (Video, quiz, etc) as per plan.
   • CI in non-site function: Analyze current process and suggest & implement changes to improve process
   • Kaizen: Implement kaizen in concerned areas and guide & ensure the employee participation in kaizen implementation

6) Management Information System (MIS):

• Responsible for compiling, organizing, and submitting MIS reports related to TQM activities
