Position: Site Engineer

- Responsible for the supervision of works and activities of personnel under his control.
- Raising purchase requisitions as and when required.
- Ensure the conformity with all quality procedures and inspection requirements.
- Ensure the conformity with all HSE procedures and implementation.
- Inspection of the materials received from suppliers/main stores/other sites, as applicable.
- Performance of day to day inspection and test activities in the sites as per the project inspection and test plan.
- Give necessary feedback to the project management on the progress of works.
- Keep track of abortive works/variation work and forward the relevant details to QS Department for necessary claims.
- Monitor and control site resources utilized by supervisors/foremen as per site requirement.
- Provide updates to supervisors/foremen of any changes in scope of work.
- Additional works as directed by PE/SPE/CM/PM from time to time.
- Authorized and responsible to investigate the cause of customer complaint or non-conformance and take necessary corrective actions.
- Identify and satisfy training needs of all people reporting to him.
- Monitor the work done against budget allocated for respective trades.
- Ensure Q-Talk to be conducted prior to start work at site.
- Ensure housekeeping in work area.
