- ▪ Responsible for supervision of works and activities of personnel under his control, monitor and control site resources utilized by supervisors/foremen as per site requirement and ensure adequate productivity measure and control day-to-day activities.
- ▪ Raising purchase requisitions.
- ▪ Inspection of the materials received from suppliers/main stores/other sites, as applicable.
- ▪ Performance of day to day inspection and test activities in sites as per project inspection and test plan, to inspect the supplied product upon delivery at site stores.
- ▪ Provide updates to supervisors/foremen of any changes in scope of work.
- ▪ Additional works as directed by SPE/PE/CM from time to time.
- ▪ Authorized and responsible to investigate the cause of customer complaint or non-conformance and take necessary corrective actions.
- ▪ Ensure the conformity with all HSE procedures and implementation.
- ▪ Ensure the conformity with all quality procedures and inspection requirements.
- ▪ Identify and satisfy the training needs of all people reporting to him.
- ▪ Monitor the work done against budget allocated for respective trades.
- ▪ Ensure Q-Talk to be conducted prior to start work at site.
- ▪ Ensure housekeeping in work area.
- ▪ Ensure adequate productivity measure and control of day-to-day activities
