Job Title: Manager – HSSE Audit

Department: Health, Safety, Security & Environment (HSSE)
Reports to: General Manager

Job Summary

• Manufacturing process audits (metal frames/glass façade, modular construction, custom furniture, assembly lines etc.)
• Evaluation of safety protocols & risk assessments
• Root cause analysis & corrective/preventive action planning
• MS Office & Risk Assessment software proficiency
• Strong presentation, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledge of regulatory & statutory compliance in manufacturing operations (local & international)

• Minimum 8+ years relevant experience in manufacturing industry
• Experience in safe work procedure standardization across units
• Expertise in Machine Guarding, CNC Operations & LOTO procedures
• Proven success in process optimization & compliance improvement
  • Cross-functional corporate teamwork experience

📖 Academic:
• B. Tech degree in any field (mandatory). Manufacturing-related discipline (advantage).
  • M. Tech in Industrial Engineering / Industrial Safety (preferred)

💼 Professional:
• ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 Certification
• Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety
• Six Sigma Green/Black Belt - for process improvement capability (preferred).
  • Certifications in Sustainability / ESG (advantage)
