Job Title: Manager – HSSE Audit

Job Summary

The Manager, HSSE Audit, is responsible for development, execution, and continuous improvement of the company’s HSE audit program. This role involves conducting HSSE audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards, and working with site teams to enhance safety and environmental performance. The Manager will play a key role in identifying risks, implementing corrective actions, and driving a culture of continuous improvement in health, safety, and environmental practices. 

Min. 10 to 15 Years in High Rise Buildings Construction Must have projects independently handled experience.

Must be holder of NEBOSH IGC or Equivalent ISO 45001, 14001, Internal Auditor.

Good communication skill in English & Hindi, Sound knowledge in Microsoft office packages (Word, Excel & Power point). Ability to detail.

Job description:

• Develop audit plans and schedules based on organizational needs and regulatory requirements.
• Determine audit scope, objectives, and criteria.
• Conduct on-site or remote audits of facilities, operations, and processes to assess HSSE compliance.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the safety management system by reviewing policies, procedures, and safety data. Interview employees and management to gather information and insights.
• Identify hazards, risks, and potential environmental impacts.
• Verify compliance with local, state, federal, and international HSE regulations.
• Monitor the implementation of recommended improvements.
• Provide technical support and guidance to site teams on HSE audit requirements, policies, and procedures.
• Performs special audit/inspection-related projects as assigned.
• Performs other HSSE duties as assigned.
• Preparing audit plan for management review and approval.
• Ensure all audit program steps are addressed.
• Performing tests of controls to determine whether they are operating effectively.
• Ready to work in Night shift.

Qualifications and Skills

• Master’s/Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as environmental science, Fire engineering, or a related discipline.
• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent certification.
• Certifications in ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.(Preferred)
• Extensive knowledge of HSSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with audit software and data analysis tools.
• Excellent knowledge in MS office.
• Fluent in English & Hindi.

Experience: 

• 10 to 15 years’ experience in Building Construction/Manufacturing Industry.
