▪ Master programme review/preparation and approval. 

▪ Preparation of recovery /target / T&C Programmes. 

▪ Material/drawing/method statement log preparation. 

▪ Progress monitoring/updates/earned value assessment for manpower. 

▪ Resource and cost loading and forecasts. 

▪ Preparation/review of weekly & monthly reports to Vice President. 

▪ Maintain EOT logs. 

▪ Delay identification, notices, particulars and correspondences. 

▪ Delays analysis and mitigation measures.

 ▪ Progress meetings. ▪ Look ahead programme.

 ▪ Liaise with Project Manager/Construction Manager for the smooth functioning. 

▪ Support CTC preparation in coordination with Managing QS/QS/PM/CM.

 ▪ Progress review & commercial review in coordination with Managing QS/QS/PM/CM.

 ▪ Team building and training. 

▪ Any other additional works as directed by Vice President. 

▪ Perform all activities in compliance with the company health, safety and environmental management system and quality system.
