Job Description - Senior Draughtsman

• Draft the drawings as per the project requirements including but not limited to site logistics, POD logistics, Block work / Easy Wall phasing drawings, supporting drawings for subcontractors, and any proposal sketches as per the assigned target dates.
• Preparation of necessary 3D sketches / extracted details from the Project Revit Models provided by the Consultant and 3D construction logistics using purpose-made software like CM Builders, etc. as and when required.
• Submit the drawings first time right to ensure the drawings meet the minimum Revision-00 approval rate target.
• Coordination with Subcontractors with reference to their Technical Submittals including shop drawing, material submittals, sample tag etc.
• Continuously improving the quality of work by increasing proficiency in software (Auto CAD, Revit, Sketch-up, CM Builders, etc.)
• Assist technical coordinators as required.
• Ensure on time completion of the assigned tasks by management team.
• Identify gaps in the assigned area and implement improvements.
