Responsible for creating & upgrading processes, continuous improvement strategies, and control measures for the nonconformities identified during Technical Audits, tracking audit records, preparing MIS, Data Analysis & presentations, and evaluations of Construction operations via systematic concurrent audit & Process methodologies.

Oversees and assesses existing processes and workflows.

Preparation of detailed process audit plan and tracking of the results.

Monitor the effectiveness of implemented corrective actions.

Optimizes productivity by designing, implementing and testing new procedures.

Assembles reports to document process status and changes.

Tracks metrics to discover areas for improvement and monitor upgrades.

Communicates findings and proposals to management.

Provides thorough instructions for successful implementation of process changes.

Conducts risk assessments.

Assesses compliance with applicable safety and quality standards.

Contributes to departmental efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

Issuance of Non-conformance to auditee for repetitive deviations.

To support technical audit team to issue NCR for identified non-conformances and monitor the closure by ensuring the implementation of corrective action.

Provide training and awareness programs to employees involved in auditing processes.

Identify the opportunities for process improvement and implementation across the organization.

Ensure process excellence through standardization of systems and procedures in the form of Business Processes, Policies and SOPs.

Basic knowledge of Total Quality Management.

Tracking of daily audit activities, preparation of audit reports, documentation of issues identified, and tracking of cost savings, etc.,

Bachelor of Engineering/ Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering.

6 to 9 years of experience in process auditing, process documentation, continuous improvement and related fields.
