With quality at the crux of every step we take as a business, our projects go through rigorous checks and inspections to ensure that the end-product delivered is user friendly, durable, and sustainable to the best of industry standards. As global standards and technologies evolve, we grow and adapt as well, ensuring periodic training programs are put in place to gain insight into new practices and to make our processes faster and more efficient.

Three levels of inspections and checks are adhered to in the process of or business:

• The first layer is a strong set up of Turkish Quality Control consisting of 40 experienced Turkish QC-Foreman engaged at site involved in a step-by-step inspection process.
•  The second layer is 45 of a team of expert QAQC-Engineers, with extensive experience in individual processes/stages of construction (Structure, MEP, Façade, Finishing, etc.).
•  The third layer is our trademark in-house supervision consultant with speciality in different trades (Architecture, Structure, Interior Decoration, Façade, MEP).

Sobha Constructions also take pride in being the first in the construction industry to attain ISO accreditation for its practices, namely:

• Quality Management System – ISO 9001:2015
• Health & Safety Management System – ISO 45001:2018
• Environmental Management System – ISO 14001:2015
